We do not beleive in the traditional "high pressure" sales approach of so many of our competitors.  Rather we strive to be helpful and informative without being "pushy", as you browse our showrooms at your own pace.  Coffee and cookies are always available to help make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible.

In addition to the many items dispalyed in our showrooms, we have a vast amount of catalogs available to special order from.  We understand that some of you might be reluctant to order from a catalog because items pictured in catalogs may not be an accurate representation of the product. That's why, at Long's, all Special Orders are subject to your approval once they arrive from our suppliers. If the item does not meet your expectation for any reason, you are not obligated to keeping it.  We will be happy to help you find a suitable replacement.  If that's not possible, we will goes as far as to refund your entire deposit.

Our committment to your satisfaction continues even after your take pocession of your new home Furnishings.  Whether you have your new items delivered or you choose to pick them up from our store, you will always have 48 hours to get comfortable with your new purchases and make sure they are as we represented them to be.
