    At Long's Furniture World and Mattress, we not only believe in providing quality furniture and mattresses at a great price. We also have strong convictions of helping out others. Throughout our 10 years under the leadership of Doug Petroskey, we have given to many organizations throughout the country and here in Indiana. Below is a list of several people we have worked with in the past:

  • American Cancer Society

    Non-for profit organization that helps research cures to cancer and helps those afflicted.

  • Franklin Central High School Singers

    Local High School that has over 500 students participating in several choirs that have several state championships.

  • Hendricks County FOP 132 - Shop with a COP

    A charitable effort sponsored by the Hendricks County Fraternal Order of Police, that provides Christmas gifts for the children in need in Hendricks County.

  • The Hope Center

    An Indianapolis based charity the provides food and shelter for the victims of human trafficking in the greater Indy area.  

  • The Humane Society

    Organization dedicated to animal protection and animal rights throughout the nation.

  • Johnson County FOP - Shop with a Cop

    A charitable effort sponsored by the Johnson County Fraternal Order of Police, that provides Christmas gifts for the children in need in Johnson County.

  • Johnson County Senior Services

    A charitable effort that provides free transportation for seniors and those with disabilities in addition to providing food to seniors in need.

  • Riley Hospital for Children

    An Indianapolis based hospital that serves the needs of Children throughout the state of Indiana and beyond.

  • Tails of Joy

    A nonprofit organization founded by stand-up comedian Elayne Boosler, that benefits the smallest, neediest rescue organizations and individual cases nationwide.

  • Twisted Koncepts

    A charitable organizations that provides goods and services to the victims of domestic abuse and their families.
